Import->Convert Shorthand For Windows SPF File...
This function will create a shorthand library from a Shorthand for Windows SPF file. You need to specify the SPF file you want to convert and the target shorthand library file you want to generate. Blank records will be discarded. After conversion, you can view the converted library in shorthand library manager and check whether it's been imported correctly.
